Obama visits Balmoral Beach

Balmoral Beach, since being awarded by Tourism Australia in the top ten beaches in Australia and names as one of top, most beautiful harbourside beaches in the world, its fame has spread far and wide.

Former US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle jetted into Sydney to see for themselves today along with a huge entourage and police escort. They were accompanied by Caroline Kennedy, daughter of the former President J.K. Kennedy and is the current US Ambassador to Australia and her husband.

They lunched at the Bathers’ Pavilion – just a stone’s throw from The Oriana.

Ambassador Kennedy took advantage of the day by taking a swim after lunch.
